Enhanced product search and selection

Adding products has never been so easy. Navigate smoothly between different folders, add products to your order just by entering their name, and before confirming, use the "Summary" view to make sure everything is in order.

Improved tracking with the new order status widget

But that's not all. With the addition of the Order Status widget, your order tracking reaches a higher level:

· Status pipeline: Immediately see what phase the order is in, and be able to check previous phases or those that have been skipped.

· Days in current status: By simply hovering over each point in the pipeline, you'll know how long a record has been in that specific state. An invaluable tool for managing times and priorities.

· Change log: Stay informed about any status changes and, even more importantly, who made the change.

We're thrilled to announce the launch of Dana AI, the artificial intelligence that will optimize performance and accelerate sales for all salespeople and sales managers using ForceManager.

This new feature, now available to all ForceManager users, includes email management and optimization, to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Here are the main features of Dana AI:

1. Executive Summary: Get a brief and clear overview of email conversations with your customers.
2. Chronological Summary: Visualize a timeline of conversations to easily understand the steps and key dates in the sales process.
3. Draft Email Response Writing: Save time managing emails with draft responses automatically generated by Dana AI.
4. Available in Microsoft Outlook: All Dana AI features are also available using the ForceManager add-in for Outlook. If you're not using it yet, discover it here!

You don't have to do anything, as we've already set everything up for you. Head over to the Activities module in ForceManager, find an email thread and start taking advantage of Dana AI today!
