We're thrilled to announce the launch of Dana AI, the artificial intelligence that will optimize performance and accelerate sales for all salespeople and sales managers using ForceManager.
This new feature, now available to all ForceManager users, includes email management and optimization, to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Here are the main features of Dana AI:
- Executive Summary: Get a brief and clear overview of email conversations with your customers.
- Chronological Summary: Visualize a timeline of conversations to easily understand the steps and key dates in the sales process.
- Draft Email Response Writing: Save time managing emails with draft responses automatically generated by Dana AI.
- Available in Microsoft Outlook: All Dana AI features are also available using the ForceManager add-in for Outlook. If you're not using it yet, discover it here!
How to start using Dana AI?
You don't have to do anything, as we've already set everything up for you. Head over to the Activities module in ForceManager, find an email thread and start taking advantage of Dana AI today!
