We're thrilled to announce the launch of Dana AI, the artificial intelligence that will optimize performance and accelerate sales for all salespeople and sales managers using ForceManager.

This new feature, now available to all ForceManager users, includes email management and optimization, to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.


Here are the main features of Dana AI:

  1. Executive Summary: Get a brief and clear overview of email conversations with your customers.
  2. Chronological Summary: Visualize a timeline of conversations to easily understand the steps and key dates in the sales process.
  3. Draft Email Response Writing: Save time managing emails with draft responses automatically generated by Dana AI.
  4. Available in Microsoft Outlook: All Dana AI features are also available using the ForceManager add-in for Outlook. If you're not using it yet, discover it here!

How to start using Dana AI?

You don't have to do anything, as we've already set everything up for you. Head over to the Activities module in ForceManager, find an email thread and start taking advantage of Dana AI today!

Quick Entity Creation: create new records anywhere

Say hello to the new Quick Entity Creation button! Now, you can create new Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities and many more from anywhere in ForceManager. This small change will have a big impact on your productivity!

Create any new records as you go - in just one click and a few seconds, and without having to switch modules.

It doesn't matter if you're managing your pipeline of opportunities, checking your daily activities or organizing your calendar. Now you can create any new record from any module without losing your place. Just click the button and fill the data in!

WhatsApp Activities are now available in ForceManager!

With the new WhatsApp activities, you are now able to report and centralize all the interactions with your Accounts and Contacts in ForceManager. Optimize your sales process, analyze which phases work best, and understand if you're having enough contact with your clients and prospects to reach your sales goals and increase your Activity score.

And the best part? You'll have higher quality information and report 3 times faster!

Send WhatsApp messages from ForceManager

Find the Contact or Account you want to talk to and send your WhatsApp message directly from ForceManager. WhatsApp will open up on your phone so you can finish sending the message, and the message will be logged automatically in ForceManager as a WhatsApp Activity.

You can also report in ForceManager a WhatsApp you already sent. Decide what parts of the conversation are relevant, take a screenshot, share it with the ForceManager App and create a new WhatsApp Activity. Et voilà! Activity created!

All your calendars in one

ForceManager allows you to view all your events without leaving your CRM thanks to bidirectional sincronization: all the appointments you create within ForceManager will automatically appear in your external calendar, and viceversa.

New features for your events and video-calls

You can now invite contacts from outside your organization to the events you create in the ForceManager calendar. They will receive an email with all the details of the event. You can also track the status of the invitation in real time: if they accept, if they don't, or if they propose another date.

In fact, these events can also be video calls. You will be able to set up the video call and join it without leaving ForceManager. Once it's over, an activity will be automatically created with the duration of the meeting, as well as a report in which you can enter the most important data from the meeting.

An improved API library is live!

Update Opportunities without no need to edit them (Android)

To optimize your day-to-day, now you can edit your opportunities without accessing the detals! You can modify or add data from the opportunity card itself.

  • We have added the "creation date" field and the Probability in your opportunities details.

We have also added new features and other improvements in Android version 3.47:

  • Now, you can view your opportunities according to your personalized views in Pipeline format.
  • We have added entity type filters (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities) to the application filters.
  • We have improved how the text fields are displayed. Multiline fields are shown on a new screen, so they are easier to read.
