An improved API library is live!

The improved version of our API library is already available. There, you will find the guidance you need to build integrations for ForceManager.

These are the main improvements that come with the new version:

  • New APIs
  • New documentation
  • More examples

With the new version, admins will be able to build integrations without depending on the help from a ForceManager success agent.

Single Sign-On (SSO) available with Microsoft Azure

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to authenticate with multiple apps by entering different systems and resources with a single set of credentials.

This method simplifies the users' daily work by authenticating only once and keeps different app sessions activated. To see how it works, watch the following video:

From now on, you can access ForceManager with the same user and password you are already using for the rest of your Microsoft apps, thanks to a very smooth process and without the need to remember your credentials each time you want to access the platform.

Bulk Updates using ForceManager Admin

Business

With the new Bulk Update function, you now have the ability to change multiple user features through ForceManager Admin, all in one click. To perform actions such as assigning new responsibilities or deactivating multiple users, simply select the set of users you prefer and choose the related action.

The main actions you can do in bulk are the following:
  • Deactivate several users when you have more than one user who no longer needs access to the platform.
  • Activate several users - useful at times you’d like to reactivate several users who have been deactivated in the past.
  • Edit users information, such as creating new teams or moving team members under different managers.
  • Change email passwords, enabling the admin to send an email giving several users the ability to reset their passwords.
